Albina Muzyka is a leader in Digital HR and Employee Experience Transformation at Adeo Services, with 15 years of international experience across the ADEO ecosystem. Having spent nearly a decade in HR at Leroy Merlin Ukraine before moving into global digital transformation, Albina specializes in building resilient, empathetic, and adaptive digital environments. Currently leading the Safety Training Collaboration domain within HRDP, she is dedicated to empowering ADEO’s human capital by connecting people through technology. Albina focuses on ensuring that digital innovation serves a higher purpose: allowing every employee to have access to best technologies and grow together in a safe, solidary, and high-impact environment.
