My journey evolved from building cybersecurity excellence as CISO at Leroy Merlin Italy to leading end-to-end digital transformation, integrating technology, processes, and people to generate measurable business impact. Today, I focus on turning strategy into execution: empowering cross-functional teams, simplifying complexity, and fostering proximity and ownership across business and digital domains.
