Rémi Bigotte is a forward-thinking Product Manager with a proven track record of bringing complex, connected hardware and software products to market. At Decathlon Digital, he leads innovative IoT projects, most notably spearheading the EasyBreath Dive. IoT & Digital Transformation: Led cross-functional teams (IoT, mobile, cloud) to build agile, connected ecosystems and usage-based billing models using Stripe and CRM integrations.
Supply Chain & Circular Economy: Managed the end-to-end integration of RFID tags into Decathlon’s finished products, unlocking new capabilities for product traceability, cross-selling, and second-life/rental business models.
Eco-Design & Cost Optimization: Directed "Eco Design to Value" workshops across Decathlon, optimizing product costs and supply chain logistics to generate an estimated €4M–€5M in savings while reducing environmental impact.

Lucas Bassani
Product Manager - Digital Sports Unit at Decathlon
Lucas Bassani is an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of bringing innovative IoT and connected technologies to market. As the Product Manager for the Connected Sports Platform at Decathlon, he bridges the gap between digital innovation and physical sports equipment. Recently, he led the launch of an end-to-end security solution for connected bicycles; after just one year of availability, the solution succeeded in recovering 75% of stolen bikes, enabling entirely new business models for bike rentals.
Prior to Decathlon, Lucas spent three years as a Product Manager at Hager Group, where he focused on advancing Smart Home and Building solutions. His technical product expertise is built upon a solid commercial foundation. Earlier in his career, he drove international business development and sales for brands like Rexel and Linergy, successfully expanding their market presence across Italy and France.

IT Leadership & Change Management: Built a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and deployment earlier in his career. He managed a 20-person IT support team for Decathlon International, led core business tool integrations at PSA Peugeot Citroën in Croatia, and drove ERP deployments as a consultant at Capgemini.

Yousra Deramchi
Digital Product Manager – Decathlon France
Yousra Deramchi is a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager dedicated to transforming the modern retail experience by making physical products interactive. During his tenure at Decathlon France within the Connected Sports Platform, Daniel served as a Mobile Tech Lead across several high-impact IoT projects. His key achievements include:
IoT Mobile Architecture: Built the "Basketball Play" app using Clean Architecture principles, gamifying the sport via Bluetooth-connected basketball hoops on both iOS and Android.
BLE Connectivity & SDKs: Led the "Connected Locker" feature team to design tools for generating connectivity SDKs and harmonizing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication between mobile apps and hardware devices.
Rapid Prototyping: Collaborated closely with firmware engineers, industrial designers, and product managers to deliver a functional iOS prototype for a connected physical education concept in just three months.
