Fabiana Tanaka is the CISO, Head of Cibersecurity and Digital Resilience at Leroy Merlin Brazil.
With more than 18 years of experience in cybersecurity, Fabiana has led security transformation programs across multiple industries including finance, healthcare, logistics, retail, and payment systems. She is responsible for strengthening cyber resilience, data protection, and security governance within one of the largest retail ecosystems in Latin America.
Fabiana is internationally recognized for her leadership in cybersecurity and has received several industry awards, including TOP Global CISO by Cyber Defense Magazine and Security Leaders Award Brazil. She is also an active speaker at global conferences and contributes to the development of cybersecurity culture and digital trust.
Beyond her corporate role, Fabiana is committed to advancing cybersecurity education and leadership, serving as a guest lecturer at institutions such as INSPER, FIAP, and USCS, and contributing to initiatives that promote diversity and innovation in the technology sector.
