Flavien Delouvy, 5 years at Decathlon
Product Manager since 2021, I manage the mobile fleet and added the Device Management Platform product to my responsibilities in 2023.
Since then, we tried many different methods to adopt and improve our Discovery in the End User Computing team, which covers mainly hardware management in Decathlon.
Now participating in the Product Guild : Tools, I formalized a minimalist stable process and participated in the creation of a Jira Discovery template that can be easily adopted by beginners and seniors in their Product Management journey.
