Engineering Manager @ Decathlon | 17+ Years in Java | Endurance Athlete
Based in Lille for the past 17 years and originally from Western France (near Brittany), I am an Engineering Manager at Decathlon, where I have spent the last 6 years building high-impact logistics solutions. With a deep technical background rooted in 17 years of Java ecosystem expertise, I transitioned into leadership 3 years ago to head the Ship & Back scope.
As an EM I lead a multidisciplinary team of Developers, Quality Engineers, and Production Experts. I balance human-centric management with technical strategy, overseeing critical e-commerce systems—from carrier integrations to warehouse and in-store return management.
A former football player for 20 years, a knee injury shifted my competitive spirit toward endurance sports. Today, I am a dedicated long-distance triathlete and runner. When I'm not optimizing supply chain flows or training for my next race, you can find me in my vegetable garden or listening to Metal music.
