Since 2022, Leandro Galvão has been part of Leroy Merlin Brazil, where he currently serves as Data & AI Manager. In this role, he leads key initiatives across multiple areas, including Offer, Supply, and Marketing, leveraging his expertise in data strategy, team leadership, and process optimization to deliver impactful business outcomes.
With over 20 years of professional experience, he has held positions such as IT Solutions Specialist, Project Manager, and Web Developer. This diverse background has provided him with a strong foundation to address complex challenges and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
He holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from FGV, a Global Business Certificate from the University of Miami, and a degree in Information Technology from UNICAMP.
