With a career started in a L3 maintenance/support team,
I have built a diverse skill set like Operations, DevOps, Product Owner and was part of Head of Ops team at ADEO.
My passion for automation led me to develop THOR (To Help Our Runners), a innersource tool that help runners/ops to automatize recurrent tasks.
I enjoy transforming complex challenges (and daily tasks) from my users into automated solutions in THOR.
To build ADEO's modern incident management system was and is still a wonderful opportunity.
Sharing what I've learned along the way is one of my greatest motivations. One other is helping people to reach success in their IT environment.
I thrive on using Python to bring ideas to life.
