Sarah Bradley is Director of Data Science & AI at Nasdaq, where she leads the development and deployment of machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI capabilities across Nasdaq Market Surveillance - a platform used by more than 65 exchanges and regulators globally to detect financial crime and protect the integrity of global capital markets. With deep expertise across the full AI stack, Sarah specialises in taking AI systems from conception to production in highly regulated and complex environments, with a strong focus on human-centred design and bringing together technical teams, domain experts, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver real outcomes. She is the winner of the 2025 Women in AI Award in the AI in Finance category across Asia-Pacific, and was a finalist for the Australian Financial Review AI Awards and AI Leader of the Year. Beyond her work at Nasdaq, Sarah serves on the Board of Directors at Tech Futures Australia, a non-profit dedicated to improving tech and AI education for students across Australia.
