About me
I am Serguei Smirnov, currently Director of Engineering HR & Finance at Decathlon Digital. I started my career 20 years ago hands-on in the code as a developer, before spending nearly 16 years at ADEO Group. There, I had the opportunity to lead major international transformation projects, structure the DevOps domain, and even build a 100% Cloud information system from scratch as CTO for Terra Incognita. My guiding principle has always been to align technical excellence (Cloud, Data, automation) with business goals, while supporting teams to get the very best out of technology.
