As a Data Engineer at Decathlon for 4 years, Thomas builds and scales data products within the Data Platform Business Unit. Operating in the "Core Data Product Planet and Industry" team, his primary focus is delivering the complex data models required to calculate product carbon footprints. Over the past year, they have been heavily involved in cross-team efforts to modernize Decathlon's Data Reliability standards, co-developing the automated quality metrics and alerting layers that now empower Product Managers to trust their data.
